Denis Nazarov is a brand chef of Leth and Echo restaurants, an adept of sensory cuisine, which he has been developing and popularizing since 2018.
The main idea of sensory cuisine revolves around an individual: their feelings, emotions and achievements. Sensory cuisine allows us to see dishes in a context of contemporary art. The symbiosis of world cuisines, practices of Russian avant-gardists and science has helped to turn food into gastronomic art objects. Subsequently, unconventional forms were added to familiar and simple ingredients, along with deeper meanings.
Denis has taken his experience and knowledge beyond the kitchen by creating his inedible works: paintings and installations.
